Romaike Middendorp M.Sc.

Romaike is a PhD fellow at the at the lab of Prof. Eric Lambin. The Fonds de la Recherche Scientifique (FNRS) funds her ongoing research on socio-economic and ecological impacts of reforestation and cocoa agroforestry in Ecuador. Romaike obtained her B.Sc. in Biology (with great honors) and M.Sc. in Sustainable Development (judiculum cum laude) from the University of Utrecht, The Netherlands. Her main research interests are biodiversity conservation, ecosystem services, environmental modelling, and sustainable development.
